Employment Law
Employment law
Employment law is highly regulated, complex and ever changing.
We have experience advising employees on employment rights and, where necessary, in pursuing employment Tribunal claims. We are also experienced in negotiating the best available settlements, since the time input and cost of employment tribunal claims, even where there is a no win, no fee agreement in place, often mean that it is in the employee’s interests to agree a settlement, if available, sooner rather than later.
The areas in which we assist employees include but are not limited to :-
- Employment contract terms
- Pregnancy, maternity and paternity rights
- Redundancy
- Unfair dismissal
- Constructive dismissal
- Disciplinary
- Grievance
- Bullying & harassment
- Sex, race, disability or age discrimination
- Sickness absence
- Wrongful Dismissal
- Minimum Wage
- Working Hours
- Flexible working
- Contract terms variation
- Sick pay
- Parental leave
